Our 30-Day Return Commitment

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order, including if you change your mind.

Eligible returns include free return shipping. We do not charge restocking or return handling fees.

Please send back the product with its accessories and any original packaging reasonably available. You may open and inspect an item as you would in a physical store. Missing packaging alone does not remove statutory rights.

Damage caused by misuse may affect eligibility under our voluntary return policy. Your rights concerning faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Requesting Your Return

Email tatianoferyll@outlook.com with your order number, checkout email address, and the item you want to return.

A reason is optional for a change-of-mind return.

We will provide return instructions, the correct destination, and a prepaid label or another return arrangement at our expense. Please dispatch the goods within 14 calendar days after receiving those instructions.

Contacting us first helps us arrange free shipping. Statutory cancellation rights do not depend on our approval. Our business correspondence address should only be used for returns when confirmed in your instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives damaged, has a defect, or does not match your order, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Describe the issue and include photographs if available. We may request reasonable information to investigate, without placing unnecessary barriers on your legal rights.

We will provide an appropriate remedy, including a replacement or refund where applicable. Any necessary return shipping and replacement delivery will be at our expense.

Refunds

We review returns promptly and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued promptly to the original payment method.

Refunds normally appear in your account within 3–7 business days after issuance, depending on your bank or payment provider. This is an estimated posting period after we issue the refund.

For a full-order return, we refund the amount paid for the goods and any standard outbound delivery charge. For a partial return, we refund the amount paid for the returned items and any shipping amount refundable under applicable law.

We do not retrospectively charge shipping because a return reduces the value of the items you keep below the original free-shipping threshold.

If your refund has not appeared after seven business days, email us for assistance.

Cancellations and Exchanges

You may cancel before dispatch by contacting us promptly. If the parcel has already shipped, the return process remains available.

For an exchange, contact us to discuss replacement availability and arrange a free return.

UK Cancellation Rights

For qualifying UK distance purchases, you may notify us of cancellation within 14 days after delivery and return the goods within a further 14 days. No reason is required. Our voluntary 30-day return promise is additional.

We reimburse without undue delay. Unless we offer collection, we may withhold reimbursement until receiving the goods or evidence of return, whichever occurs first, and will refund within 14 days of that event. If we offer collection, reimbursement is due within 14 days after your cancellation notice.

Standard outbound delivery is refundable. Any premium delivery supplement need not be refunded unless legally required. A deduction for handling beyond necessary inspection may apply only where lawful.
